Emily Barry: a personal yearly business plan for each team member with Custom GPT

Over the holidays Emily had to write 15 business plans for her team. She first met each member for an hour to ask about their schedule, goals and the activities they enjoy. She then typed her notes into a business-planning custom GPT. Her team had not tracked conversion rates, so for a new agent she asked it to use low industry-standard rates and draw a chart of how many calls lead to conversations, appointments and a closed deal. She says she had never given her team plans like this before. In the same interview she says the AI wrote her meeting agenda that morning and "saved me an hour".
