What they did

In this follow-up she shows the steps. She installs the skill once in the Claude desktop app. In a Claude Code window she types "I'd like to do a CMA for" an address. The first time, it asks for her name, brokerage, logo and headshot. It then asks about upgrades to the home, collects comps from the MLS through the Chrome extension (or from a CSV she downloads if her MLS does not allow this), and returns a PDF with links back to the MLS listings. She can swap comps she does not like and change the design.
